La actriz, en plena promoción de ‘La bella y la bestia’, vuelve a lucir sus mejores galas (ecológicas) en las alfombras rojas de todo el mundo.

No es la primera vez que Emma Watson farda de ropa ecofriendly ante las cámaras. Desde que aparcara la varita de Hermione, la actriz se ha convertido en una de las mejor vestidas en las alfombras rojas. Ahora, en plena gira de presentación de La bella y la bestia, la intérprete ha decidido crearse una cuenta de Instagram en la que concienciar a sus seguidores de que la ropa ecológica es el futuro, al menos para quienes se lo puedan permitir.

Desde París hasta Shanghai, Watson ha fardado de abrigos de Stella McCartney (“una marca comprometida en confeccionar productos sin cuero ni pieles), vestidos de Louis Vuitton (“de poliéster reciclado, creado con botellas de plástico usadas”), conjuntos de Óscar de la Renta (“con faja de seda y pantalones de lana orgánicos”), atuendos de Elie Saab (“elaborado con material sobrante de una colección previa”), y pendientes (“hechos a mano”) de Catbird. Vestir de forma ecológica puede ser igual de elegante, aunque no para todos los bolsillos.

Tonight was a special screening of @beautyandthebeast in London. The film was shown at the Odeon Leicester Square cinema to 1,600 people after a reception at the stunning Spencer House ? Bespoke @emiliawickstead structural, off-the-shoulder gown with inverted pleat train. The gown is made from end-of-line fabric sourced from a family-run, London business specialising in couture fabrics, and produced in Italy. These unwanted fabric pieces have been given a new lease of life; often irregular quantities of surplus or end-of-line fabrics cannot be sold and are destroyed. This piece was created in Emilia Wickstead’s London atelier, by an all-female team. Earrings are from @catbirdnyc, whose pieces are handmade in Brooklyn. Dress validated by @ecoage #ecoloves Skin prepped with @demamielskin Dewy Facial Mist, @tataharper Repairative Moisturiser and @decleoruk Aromessence Neroli Hydrating Oil Serum.
